WHAT IS THE READY TO RIDE, OFF ROAD PALS PROGRAM? READY TO RIDE, Off Road PALS is a family oriented ATV, Dirt Bike and Go-Kart club organized by the Egg Harbor Township Police Athletic League. Training for ATV riders can be obtained by calling TOLL FREE 1-800-887-2887. We operate a 30 acre riding area located in Egg Harbor Township. Our riding area is open daily from 10 am to 6 p.m. The riding area consists of a half mile long beginners loop that is visible from a parents observation point, a 3 mile intermediate skill level loop, a 2 mile long experienced riders loop, go-kart track and moto-cross track. In addition, the club organizes social functions and trips to events and other riding areas. |

HOW DOES READY TO RIDE, OFF ROAD PALS OPERATE? The Ready to Ride, Off Road PALs program is a club of the Egg Harbor Township Police Athletic League. Like most of our PAL programs, it is run mostly by volunteers. Volunteers are always needed to fill positions as ATV instructors, Dirt Bike School coaches, trail maintenance, trail patrol and mechanics. However, mostly we need the average parent, that knows nothing about dirt bikes, ATVS or go-kart's, but is willing to keep an eye on the facility and our members. As a club, we strive to provide a well maintained facility that is safe and enjoyable. Most of our members have their own dirt bikes, ATVs or go-kart's and their own safety equipment. However, through our Junior Rider Club we have this equipment available on limited basis. |

WHO CAN JOIN READY TO RIDE, OFF ROAD PALS? Anyone 6 years old or older can join. However, to become an active member with riding privileges, you must registers as a member of the Egg Harbor Township Police Athletic League Ready to Ride program, pass our safety and environmental education course and obey all PAL rules. |

We have and enforce a sound requirement of 92 decibels. We have designated trails that run in only one direction. Stay on the trails, in the right direction or stay at home. Respect is a must!!! Respect wildlife, the environment, our facility, our equipment, our volunteers and each other. Ride with your head, not above it. Don't try stunts you are not capable of doing. Members must have their PAL membership card with them at all times. If you are asked for your membership card you must present the card or risk being arrested for trespassing. Never ride the trails alone. Riders under the age of 15 must have adult supervision at all times. Members between the ages of 6 and 10 must have a parent present at all times. |

You can still be a member of the junior riders if you own you own ATV or motorcycle. Parents are always needed to help with our Junior Rider Club. |
